Premier Land Surveying has partnered with Arnold Consulting for more than 15 years. Initially, Rick helped build and expand the IT hardware in my home office, as well as augment my personal computing system. Now, he’s functioning our system analyst, network builder, and network administrator.

Arnold Consulting solutions are designed for the long term – I appreciate that much more than I did when I would just buy the cheapest system. Their data backup and recovery solution allowed me to upgrade my workstation with ease. I am very comfortable with technology, but I count on Arnold Consulting for network management and other IT services that are beyond my expertise.

Based upon Rick’s recommendation, I rebuilt my own home office system several years ago. Since then, I’ve upgraded the hard drive and the CPU. Arnold Consulting’s backup solution made it easy for me to restore my system to the new hard drive. He also helped eliminate my costly cable TV subscription by transitioning to a computer-based DVR with a 4 TB drive.
