We are privileged to serve each of our clients and we approach our work that way. It’s no coincidence that our largest clients started with small computer/network repair projects and expanded services based on the quality and integrity of our work.

Arnold Consulting is not affiliated with any computer or electronics chain stores, hardware manufacturers or software developers. We will never recommend or sell you a product or service you do not need.

We take the time to explain everything you need to know without jargon, so you can stay informed and in control of your IT infrastructure. We can also provide written documentation to help with daily system administration.

Value added services

Arnold Consulting delivers value added extras for the systems/networks we build and install, and support for configuration issues. We don’t “nickel and dime” clients who call with a technical question or request, and offer reasonable rates for complex issues that require more time.

Charitable work

We are able to rebuild and reconfigure laptop computers for volunteers working with charitable/aid organizations in Haiti and other limited resource areas. Please consider helping our efforts by donating a usable laptop.
